Creative Director

Shilo seeks an accomplished, hands-on Creative Director. We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record for our New York office . Must be a talented team player able to lead a variety of projects simultaneously. The ability to work successfully with clients, creative and project management teams is a must. We are looking for a “job winner” who can take a commercial project from the concept stage through to the delivery of a well executed spot. Candidates should play well with others, motivate teams, have a strong understanding of and passion for design, animation and live action filmmaking.

Professional Requirements:

• 4 -5 years of experience as a design/creative lead.
• Solid portfolio with design, animation and live action.
• Extensive knowledge of Ai, Ps, Ae, Final Cut, Maya, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

As a Shilo intern, you will get hands on experience working on jobs as a member of a team, with a concentration on your particular area of study. We want you to get as much as you can out of your experience as an intern, and there is a direct correlation between how much effort you put in, and the benefit that will result. As an intern, you should focus your attention on the department you are interested in pursuing and on how different disciplines interact to complete a project.

All applicants should be available at least 3 full days a week and ideally 5 days a week and be able to work legally in the US.
